With Chef Wolfgang Puck and Chef Byron Lazaroff-Puck, Washington D.C. is kicking off the Generational Tasting Tour series. The evening is designed as a dialogue between tradition and innovation: Wolfgang presenting a classic, time-honored dish from his culinary legacy, followed by Byron reinterpreting that tradition through the lens of modern technique, three-Michelin-star training, and inspiration from each host city.
